We are organising a fundraiser on behalf of the lighting industry to help those people affected by the recent Queensland and Victorian floods.

Our friends at Comme have laid on their wonderful venue and have conjured up a delicious menu of food and wines to tantilise our tastebuds.

And what a response we have had from our mates around town who have donated some truly super things for the silent Auction – check out the collage below for a taster of what’s in store.  We will begin the silent auction from our Facebook page: leave a bid as a comment to be in with a chance of snaring a prize.

What’s on the menu?

Chicken fillets with braised and grilled celery, tomato vinaigrette.

Grilled prawns, artichoke cooked barigoule style and fine herbs.

Sirloin of beef with béarnaise sauce.

Baked fillet of spotted trevally, mushroom duxelle, soft herb crust, tomato fondue and Dijon mustard veloute.
