We are honoured to be part of the team on the new Mulpha Development – Norwest Quarter.

We join Bates Smart Smart Design Studio ASPECT Studios and Finding Infinity in delivering one of Australia’s first urban masterplanned developments to deliver a zero carbon retail and residential precinct in Sydney’s west, creating a sustainable community with zero waste to landfill and 100% electric and renewable resources.

The team have been working with Mulpha International to create apartments that will consume two-thirds less energy than a typical code-complaint apartment. Passive design has been an integral part of the development process, including glazing, insulation, building orientation and light-coloured materials.

The first stage of the project will include 196 apartments, spanning across two residential towers, each consisting of rooftop solar panels.

Once complete, the masterplanned community will span 3.8 ha and home more than 2000 residents.
